Dennis Peterson 
Dennis Peterson formed Peterson Law in 1995 which primarily focuses on securities and corporate finance law. Dennis is an established lawyer in the area of small cap mining and natural resources law in Toronto. Dennis has extensive experience with public resource companies, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, and practises exclusively in this area.
Dennis is also the author and co-editor of Shareholders Remedies in Canada published by Butterworths.

Maria Bruzzese 
Maria Bruzzese worked as an analyst at the Montreal Exchange from 1991 to1993 and in-house counsel at Canadian Pacific Limited from 1993 to 1996. Maria joined Peterson Law in 1996 and has exclusively practised securities law with the firm since that date. Maria has extensive experience with public resource companies, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, and practises exclusively in this area.

Steven Agnew 
Steven Agnew joined Peterson law in 2010 after practising corporate securities law at a prominent Canadian law firm from 2006 to 2010. His practice at Peterson Law focuses on securities matters, corporate finance for private and public companies, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and stock exchange compliance, corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations, with an emphasis on companies in the mining and resource sector.

David Gardos 
David Gardos is an associate with Peterson Law having joined the firm after completing his articles at a major Toronto law firm which included a secondment to the Ontario Securities Commission. His practice focuses on advising public companies in a variety of transactions including initial public offerings, public and private offerings of equity securities, mergers and acquisitions and general securities compliance and corporate governance matters. During his final year at law school, David participated in an exchange program at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany where he studied international and comparative business law.
