On November 4, 2015, U3O8 Corp. (TSX: UWE) closed a non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $622,625 (the “Offering”). The Offering consisted of the sale of 24,905,000 Units at $0.025 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one Common Share purchase warrant.
