On December 29,m 2010 SL Resources Inc. merged with White Tiger Gold Ltd. and listed the resulting company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. White Tiger Gold is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of mineral properties in Russia, including two material projects in eastern Russia: the Savkino project and the Nasedkino project.
